Seminole Toyota contacted me unsolicited and persuaded me to trade in my previous vehicle (a 2023 Camry purchased from them) for a new one. I didn't really need a new vehicle, but went ahead anyway and signe to trade in my previous vehicle (a 2023 Camry purchased from them) for a new one. I didn't really need a new vehicle, but went ahead anyway and signed over the old vehicle to the dealership, thinking that nothing bad could happen. However, thanks to the incompetence of the finance manager John and his boss Jordan, the dealership then held onto the old vehicle for over a month and missed a payment, meaning I now have a delinquent remark on my credit report, which SE Toyota Finance (the financers) refuse to remove. They say it was my responsibility to make the payment even though I'd signed over the car to the dealership and it was on their lot. I've reached out to multiple people at the dealership about this, including the general manager Ronnie Whitlock. But I guess Ronnie is just too busy to return my calls. Why would I buy from Seminole Toyota again? Terrible experience from start to finish. More
