Had a great experience purchasing 3 vehicles from Seminole Toyota. I have had a very poor experience with the service department. The service advisors do not follow up, can’t complete things on same Seminole Toyota. I have had a very poor experience with the service department. The service advisors do not follow up, can’t complete things on same visit and forget to order your parts, etc. I live about an hour away from the dealership and have to return 3-4 times for something that should be done on 1 visit. The process of purchasing our vehicle went well. However, when our temporary tag was about to expire and we hadn't yet received our permanent one, Seminole Toyota was a complete nightmare. I called so many times, emailed, left messages, but got absolutely NO help. When I was able to get to one department, it was then another department that I should speak to. It was absolutely awful, and now my temporary tag is expired and I have yet to get help from Seminole Toyota. Christine More
