First time I had arrived at Seminole Toyota met Carlos at the entrance he automatically recognized the mentality deference between me (Israeli) and normal American customer and start building my trust and confidence in him, he offered me to upgrade the car to a Camry which eventually I did. A week after I came back to finalize the deal Carlos was very kind he helped finalized the price of the car Help my buy insurance and get a spare key in the most professional way and understanding my difficulty As Person which is not familiar with the local system. if it was not for Carlos I would not buy the Camry. In the first few weeks after bought the car Carlos is calling me every second week to know if the car is ok. My daughter love her new car .
