I had such an amazing experience, Beatriz and William helped me and my husband purchase 2 vehicles. We came in with intentions to only purchase 1 car and actually purchased 2 cars. I am extremely happy I got the car that was best for me with their help. They were so nice and understanding we had a budget and they made sure that’s what we left with. I would recommend if you are purchasing a vehicle to visit this location I went to two dealerships before this one and the customer service I received here was 1000 times better. The level of professional and service at this location was beyond my expectation. My wife and I originally came to this location to purchase a used car for my wife and ended up leaving with 2 cars these p was beyond my expectation. My wife and I originally came to this location to purchase a used car for my wife and ended up leaving with 2 cars these people helped me and my wife when we just moved out here and were trying to settle for something at a low price but instead we left this location with 2 brand new cars with monthly payments we can afford. This place is not like any place where they just want to sell you any car they care about you and your finance I appreciate them so much and loved the experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Initial great experience however very quickly turned into a nightmare. Purchased a used vehicle at the end of January, and while checking the vehicle out some mechanical issues were identified. I agreed t a nightmare. Purchased a used vehicle at the end of January, and while checking the vehicle out some mechanical issues were identified. I agreed to purchase the vehicle if those issues were fixed, to which the salesmen agreed. I will be the first to admit I trusted the salesmen to keep to their word and I was naive in the fact that there was no paperwork lined up for the work to be completed. After spending about 8hrs at the dealership I ran through the paperwork in efforts to get out of there and go home to relax. I was told as I was leaving that I would receive a call from their service department regarding the repair. I waited a week with no call and ended up calling them to find out there was no knowledge of what I was speaking to them about. For the next two months, I was bounced back and forth between the sales and service department regarding this issue and it seems that there is little to know communication between the departments at this store. At the end of this time, with me taking multiple trips to the store (took me just under an hour and a half each way) they claimed that their only obligation was to diagnose my vehicle’s issue. I spoke to my original salesmen who decided he had amnesia about our conversation and was told to provide documentation which of course I didn’t have. I reached out to the GM to talk about my experience with his store whom referred me to the store manager as he wasn’t always on-site, which is understandable. As of today it has been 2 weeks since I reached out to that store manager with no response. I feel like I tossed 30k down the garbage as I have a 4k repair in the vehicle I purchased from this dealership. The money aside, I wasted 2 months making phone calls and taking trips to this store to just be told they would only diagnose the issue with my vehicle, which I could have easily handled myself at a dealer 15 minutes from my home. They will be nice enough in person, but if its customer service you care about, I would stay way clear of this place. Make sure to have all details in the paperwork as I was foolish enough not to have, as these guys will not back up the word they say at the point of sale. More
