If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I purchased a used Jeep from Seminole Toyota less than a month ago, and while the sales experience initially felt positive (I even left a 5-star r I purchased a used Jeep from Seminole Toyota less than a month ago, and while the sales experience initially felt positive (I even left a 5-star review at the time), the reality after the sale has been extremely disappointing. Since purchasing the vehicle, I’ve had to spend over $2,500 out of pocket on repairs—and have received no help, no follow-up, and no accountability from their team. I put $500 down, trusted that I was getting a reliable vehicle with warranty coverage, and instead have been left dealing with major issues on my own. I’ve reached out multiple times and have yet to get a clear response or solution. For a dealership that claims to care about their customers, the silence and lack of support says otherwise. Buyers, please be cautious with used vehicles from this dealership. I genuinely hope Seminole Toyota steps up and makes this right—but until then, I can’t recommend them to anyone. More
