Made an appointment to have a recall part replaced. When I got there, the service writer told me I was entitled to an oil change. I told him I had just changed it and didn't want another one. Sale was great- Service inattentive, sloppy, -left to sit for 4 hours for a tire patch and 5k mile service. Finally received car with dash light on and low tire pressure on the spare. Car was dirty, was told when we called to express our concerns about the service (no paper floor mats, no wash or vacuum after 4 hours for such a minor service then given car with a dash light on) that Seminole has complimentary wash- How would we know? The service advisor apologized for his disinterest and poor customer service. More

Everything was good except for the part of recommending brakes and rotors on a 20k vehicle that has only been highway driven. I checked and my breaks are still very good.
