Purchased a 2021 demo with a few scratches on the front. Seminole Toyota would not fix, but told me they you give me touch-up paint. Surprised they would not repair. They showed we a piece of paper with the actual sticker price. When I demanded to see the actual sticker it was several thousand dollars less than their handwritten paper. Told Joseph I would let him know Monday. Didn't listen and made a Sunday appointment. Not told of that Apple major component to car. No test drive allowed upon arrival. Dirty car tag put on clean brand new car by Emmanuel. Plus Emmanuel called me Mamma. Signed me up for SiriusXM without my permission two days before receiving the car. They did not even tell me they were doing this or it was done! I thought another fraudulent account was set up when I received an email from Sirius XM Saturday night. One of them submitted a junk email address to SiriusXM and Toyota. Every single time I now look or drive the Corolla I think of the degrading name I was called and how I was treated by these disrespectful clowns. I don't want this car. I want my Civic. More

I am a Toyota guy. Worked for them in the plant and later at a dealership. I’ve always loved Toyotas - until now. My bad expeirence started 10 000 miles ago. Seminole Toyota put new tires on my Tacoma ( 1970 at a dealership. I’ve always loved Toyotas - until now. My bad expeirence started 10 000 miles ago. Seminole Toyota put new tires on my Tacoma ( 197000 miles ) - They didnt have the tires I ordered - because they said they ordered the wrong tires - I was heading out on a trip and reluctantly fitted those other tires (Strike 1). This is my 3 rd car from this dealership. 5000 miles later they redid a lot of the suspension because of wear and tear. When they called me to for the suspension work, they said said they will give me 10% discount $5700. When I went to pick up my car, they said they never said that and will give me $100 discount max. (Strike 2) Today, again 5000 miles later - both my front tires are finished - now only 10 000 miles on them. They can be thrown away. (Strike 3). I went in and talked to the manager Erich. He said I need to buy 2 more tires and do the allignmnent. I argued with him about it, that the suspension work probably caused it and that they should at least claim 2 tires under waranty. He said the tire guy said the tire damage was probably caused before I had the suspension work done. However - at that time - the tires were still new - and their 101 point inspenction at the time is prove of it. Then Erich said, well He dont know what I did when I left the lot 5000 miles ago - I probably hit a pothole or something. (Last strike) - Erich wasnt going to listen any further and just walekd away - no apology, no nothing.I’m done with Toyota - I’ve been in the market for a new Tundra. I will definetely not buy from Seminole Toyota again. Ever. And no more services either - Not my Tacoma - not my Carola - and not my Corvette next door either. More
