Dear Customer, First of all, thank you for choosing the David Maus Toyota Service Department for your service needs; we appreciate your business. And thank you for taking the time to answer the interview questions regarding your recent visit. We take great pride in our service department and our goal is to provide you with excellent service; therefore, we very much appreciate and depend on customer comments as it helps us to continue improving our operations. I would like to apologize for the time factor of your most recent visit and assure you that next time we will try to get you in and out with your service needs fulfilled in a more timely fashion! We typically ask that you give us an hour and a half for an oil change, tire rotation, World Class Inspection, and complimentary car wash, but sometimes there can be a delay and you should be updated. If all you want is an oil change, we can try to get you out in forty-five minutes. If so, please ask for a Service Manager so they can override the inspection and dispatch your service to the proper technician to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Toyota however recommends that you rotate your tires every 5,000 miles to help extend the life of your tires and help prevent them from wearing unevenly. Again, we appreciate your comments and hope you will give us another chance to provide you with excellent service in the future.
