Well I am up there and age so I have bought a lot of cars in my time but I've never met someone I would rather do business with than Matt. I could tell he sincerely cared about me and my needs. During my time with him I almost forgot I was even buying a car, it seemed like he didn't even care about selling me a car but wanted to make sure I was happy with whatever decision I made. I did not know much about the prius when I got to David Maus Toyota but Matt took the time to show and go over everything so I knew what I was getting and knew how to work it. After this experience I realize there is no other way to buy a car my only complaint is that Matt wasn't around for all the other cars I have bought. I don't plan on buying another car but if I do I am going to David Maus Toyota and seeing Matt. In the meantime I am telling everyone I know that's where they should go. The thing that really sets him apart is he didn't forget about me afterwards but he still calls me to make sure I'm doing good! More

I almost ended up in the hospital because if this. So, I had given up hope about ever finding a car that would fit my needs That was until I met Mike Santangelo at David Maus Toyota, he listened to me, understood my needs and then went to work. He found four models that fit my needs, no hassle, no stress. Mike did all the work, he found exactly what I needed and once I made my choice, he did all the behind work to get the car to the dearlership. David Maus Toyota Dealership was very friendly, The finance people made it as stressless as possible, offered some extras that would keep my car in pristine condition and the customer relations people got the car ready, went through some of the details about the car, and even helped me inspect the car. The parts department told me that they would rather have a Toyota part in the car, than a 3rd party part that might not be as such good quality. Service department assigned me a Service Advisor and told me to be sure to call if any thing needs to be repaired. This is the way to sell cars. David Maus really means it when he says in his advertisements that whatever it takes. More

I was looking to trade in my 2007 regular cab Tundra for a crew max and had gone to two other Toyota dealerships. Central Florida Toyota would'nt give me the time of day. I filled out a credit application online for David Maus Toyota and was contacted by Matt Rowland. I explained my entire situation to Matt and he told me he would contact me the following day. When Matt called me the following day, I told him exactly what I wanted to include color and of course I explained to him how much I wanted my monthly pauments to be. I understood I would need a down payment and that was not a problem. When I arrived at the dealership Matt had the perfect truck picked out and parked out front waiting. It was the perfect selection (actually better than I would have done). Matt and the finance managers worked the numbers and told me to take the vehicle home and they would call me. These guys went back and forth with lenders and decided to have Southeast Toyota finance me again. Not only that, Southeast Toyota gave me 0% financing for the term of my loan. They held a chack for me and actually held it extra long because of a financial situation that unexspectantly came up. Well I honored my checks and they were completely understanding of my situation. I am loving my truck and walked away from David Maus Toyota completely satisfied. The other Toyota dealerships in Orlando simply told me there was nothing they could do and never bothered to ask me about a down payment and actually had the nerve to tell me I should look for a car instead. My 2011 Tundra Crew Max is an excellent truck and I am more than satisfied with the services Matt Rowland provided to me. I tell my buddies about the dealership all the time. I had the best experience I've EVER encountered when dealing with the employess at David Maus especially my sales associate Brian Murphy. He went above and beyond and accomplished what no one else could. I've never been happier with customer service than what I received when dealing with Brian. I had some horrible experiences leading up to the time I spent with the employees at David Maus but they restored my faith that good things can happen. I previously owned a Kia and had been very happy with it. Unfortunately I was in an accident when someone turned left in front of me and I ended up hitting them head on. Needless to say, my car was totaled but THANK GOD I was alive. My car had been paid off and due to the fact that I had been out of work to focus on Nursing school I had taken collision coverage off of my insurance. Word of advice, don't EVER do that, it's not worth it. Because I had liked my Kia so much I wanted to try a Kia dealership to see if I could get a new car. I figured I'd try Orlando Kia because "They wanna see ya in a Kia".....sometimes words are just that. I was in a rough position because although my credit wasn't the worst it could be, it could be a lot better too. I have only recently returned to work which posed another problem. I had no down payment and being as that I don't have any family that even lives in the same state I had to be able to get a car on my own. After spending hours at the Kia dealership they assured me they could get me into a new vehicle. They took a check to hold for a month from now when they would take the down payment and charged me 50 dollars to hold the check. It was close of business so they weren't able to actually get a lender at that time and told me they would get back to me the next day. When they called me the next day they proceeded to tell me that they weren't able to get me into a vehicle on my own. I was livid. I had made my case very clear to them and they knew where I stood. I understand that they don't have the final say, but they really shouldn't make promises they can't keep either. I thought I would apply online at David Maus because at this point what could it hurt. I was contacted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Brian Murphy. He asked me a few questions and I explained my whole situation to him, including what I had just went through with Kia. He didn't make me any promises other than to tell me he would do the best he could and be in touch with me by the end of the day. Within an hour and a half he had me approved and in a brand new Toyota Corolla. I was ecstatic. He even drove from Sanford to Hunters Creek that night and delivered my new car to me!! I only have great things to say about David Maus and their employees. I look forward to doing even more business with them in the future. More

When buying a new or used vehicle: Every promise that is made from floor mats to the number of keys it is supposed to come with, do not believe any thing that is not in writing!! "What ever it takes" to get you to sign the paper work not to satisfy the customer. Will never spend another dollar at any David Maus dealer. If you are looking for a used car go across the street to Car Max. I have bought 3 vehicles from them in the past and they aim to please, unlike David Maus Toyota. More
