Poor service On 12/01/18, I went in to have my new Tacoma for an oil change. My friends and I were going to golf after and left our golf clubs in the back of the On 12/01/18, I went in to have my new Tacoma for an oil change. My friends and I were going to golf after and left our golf clubs in the back of the truck. I was greeted by an service advisor and walked with him to his desk. He ask if I was here to have an oil.change and i replied yes. He handed me a piece of paper and told me to sign it, I did. And there I waited. .....when I was told my truck was ready, I walked out and discovered my clubs with head covers were all wet and golf bags were fill with water. I told the service advisor of the incident and he just said "I guess they did put it through the washer" and walked away. Service manager "Jerome" came out and I told him what happen and he said he talk to his boss, Jim Smith and will call me back. Well, Jerome did not call me back on the time he said he was so I call him. When I call I was put in contact with Jim Smith. ..Jim Smith talked down to me and made me feel that it was my fault that I felt the clubs in the back of the truck. He said "you signed the work order and it clearly said complimentary wash". I told him I did not even look or read the work order, I'm there to get oil.change and have no idea I will have a car wash, I was NOT ask if I wanted a car wash and had no idea i was going get a free car wash. If i knew, clearly i would.have said no car wash for me.....(so you guys know, 3 full golf bag is clearly visible in the bed of truck)... LONG story short, I cancel my golf outting and lost money because of last minute canceling, ruin my whole day. I was very disappointed with Jim and how he handled my situation. I did not want anything from them but to offer me an apology but instead I was told by Jim Smith that the employee did his job and did it correctly because the work order clearly has my signature on it, indicating that I requested a car wash. More
