The sales people, plus all other employees I came in touch with were very friendly and helpful. They were more helpful and nice than pushy, I cannot stand pushy sales people. I went to another dealership before going to Sanford Toyota which I have tried to deal with for years, but they were always terrible in price, and pushy, pushy. I had heard about other people having the same problem, and they went to David Maus in Sandford and were very pleased with service and price. I will never deal with another dealer for service or for a new car. When I come in everyone knows who I am. Of particular note is Kenny Kennedy. Kenny has taken care of me since day one. When the re-call scare was going on it was kenny who called me, I didn't have to call the dealer. My service is always very well done. The body shop is equally fine. I trade my vehicle every two to three years for many years, so I have buying experience. This was like no other car shopping experience. They are the dealer of the new times. No hassle, no pressure, no games. They truely wanted to take care of ME! From the beginning, to the signing, and all the way to the hand shake and picture with my new vehicle. David Maus, you should truely be proud of what you have done there and I am excited for you that your success has enabled you to open your new Chevrolet store to expand your customer base. With my situation having negative equity and not so good credit I thought I would never get a new car. Every dealership said no problem come in we will get a deal done. I went in with in two hrs I drove off in a 2010 Corolla S. Everyone at David Maus went above and beyond.If you are thinking about a Toyota go see them they do not beat around the bush. More
From the moment I entered the parking lot I was greeted by a group of very polite and professional employees. Simo then escorted me to Allen, with whom I wanted to speak, Allen then greeted me as though he by a group of very polite and professional employees. I did not feel pressured, which is normally the case with most of the other dealerships in our area. Allen then instructed Simo which vehicle I was interested in and Simo gave me a tour of the vehicle and an education of the vehicle which would certainly have prepared me to write a thesis on the Rav4 machinery and technology. Once my decision was made, about the vehicle I wanted to purchase and the price I had agreed on, I was informed that the next step would be to speak with their Finance Department. I was then introduced to Oral. The politeness and professionalism torch was now being carried by Oral. He made the military style form signing process quite comfortable, and followed by a reiteration of all the information that was given by Allen and Simo to make sure that I understood all the details of my purchase. That reinforcement ensures that there was no misunderstanding of facts. I was also introduced to Jason, Oral's manager, who wanted to make sure that I understood the benefits of all the extended warranties which were available. Once this process was completed, I was then placed in the care of Abby, who when over the various manuals, benefits, and available services. At this point the reality stepped in, that I was not taking old Faithful back home with me and this was my final opportunity to thank her for all of her years of excellent transportation. I began to have a separation attack, saddened to let go of old Faithful, because she had served me very well for more than fifteen years. To ease my anxiety Abby then offered to take pictures of old Faithful, which helped eased my anxiety. That simple act really meant the world to me. Then came the big moment. The handing over of vehicles ceremony, once again a review of the functionality of my new vehicle was given this time by Jose, I believe. My mixed emotions may have caused me to falter on his name but I believe it was Jose. Followed again with a warm "thank you so very much for choosing David Maus Toyota" from Allen, Simo, Oral, Abby, and Jose. Wow! That’s the only word which explains the experience. As a former quality assurance manager I am ALWAYS looking for quality from every encounter I have, wherever I may go, and other than at Disney World, I have not experienced such exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and customer service. Very rarely, have I ever graded a company with a perfect score of one hundred other than Disney World. But today I was proud to give the David Maus Toyota Family a perfect 100%. I can truly say that my experience with David Maus Toyota family was second to none. David Maus Toyota is the Disney World of Toyota Dealerships in the Central Florida area. And I have literally experienced all of them. The Davis Maus Toyota understands that we NEVER get a second chance to make a FIRST IMPRESSION. I was truly impressed with each and every staff member that I made contact with. Keep up the good work. You all are second to none. More
Bobby Booshae Morgan, our salesman, was the best part of our lease experience at David Maus Toyota. He was very thorough and considerate of our needs throughout the negotiation process. Our only negative came when related to the actual finance part. Nobody disclosed to us that our $330 payment was going to actually be closer to $360, due to over $25 in sales tax each month. This information should have been disclosed to us MUCH earlier than it was. We found out in the finance office, when we had already signed several papers and felt we had no other option at that point. More
