When it came to looking for a new car, I just had to give them a shot. Compared to other dealerships they were professional, attentive, knowledgeable and not too pushy. Just the right level of attention to say "You are important to us and we want to earn your business" but not "OK we will never let you out of our clutches!" No matter who we spoke to, be it finance guys, delivery, sales, customer relations and service they were all excellent! Couldn't recommend it highly enough! More

Called and Talked to them over the phone first. Knew who to ask for so when we got there everything was already done, just had to fill out the paperwork. Was not pushed into something we didn't want. Originally went with the intention of purchasing a used vehicle so we could stay in budget. They discussed all of the options with us, and helped us get into a brand new 2010 toyota carolla with upgraded o vehicle so we could stay in budget. They discussed all of the options with us, and helped us get into a brand new 2010 toyota carolla with upgraded options at much lower than MSRP, and kept it very close to our starting price. They were SUPERBLY helpful, and very patient even though it was closing time. Would recommend to anyone in the area! More

It turned out that one was sold the next day, so David encouraged us to come in and look at a new one at the dealership. We worked with him and with several other dealerships in trying to find the right SUV. We bought one from David Maas and you held it for us. It turned out that what we really needed was a minivan so we came back to you to look at those. When we arrived at the bottom line price, we still looked at a dealership near us so we wouldn't have so far to drive. They came very close to your price. But in thinkin it over we remembered the hard work David had done for us and the friendliness of your staff, so we came back to David Maus to buy our Sienna. This was our first Toyota purchase. We have been blown away by the overall experience. Our experience at David Maus was unlike any other car buying experience we've ever had in our life together (nearly away by the overall experience. Our experience at David Maus was unlike any other car buying experience we've ever had in our life together (nearly 23 years so far)! We have owned, a Buick, a Ford, a Pontiac and six Chevrolets. It's fair to say that we have had a broad range in vehicle ownership. It is because of this history that we would like to say that Davis Maus went above and beyond at every step of the process. Our ONLY regret is that we had to leave once everything was done. The staff could not have been nicer. They were funny, and knew the vehicles (we ended up with a Corolla Sport). We have never had a better overall car buying experience. We fully intend to recommend David Maus Toyota to our friends and family. We felt so empowered and satisfied when we left that we can still hardly believe the day was real! I look forward to a long and enjoyable relationship with a company that will do "whatever it takes". They understand that what that statement actually means is giving the customer what they need, not what you as the dealership want them to have. So glad that we crossed over from Chevrolet to Toyota! My husband had bought a Corolla 2 years ago and was recently in an accident. That car saved his life. We went back to the same dealership because of the good customer service we had. The salesperson was really knowledgeable and it was things that you wouldn't have found out with another person who does not know their product. They were also not pushy about buying an extended warranty. The process was also very short, shorter then other car purchases. We arrived around 6:30pm and were out by 8pm. More
David Maus toyota has been servicing my sequoia since 2001.I find the service advisors very courteous,knowledgeable, friendly ,and very professional. The quality of work has just been superb. The service advisors and technician are always eager to please, in-fact I have on several occasions the opportunity to speak with the technician that actually performed the work on my vehicle which does not happen at other dealers. As far as PRICE all consumers want to pay as little as possible, but want a good job done, therefore I have to say the price is always comparable to the work being done with quality. More
