Called and Talked to them over the phone first. Knew who to ask for so when we got there everything was already done, just had to fill out the paperwork. Was not pushed into something we didn't want. It turned out that what we really needed was a minivan so we came back to you to look at those. When we arrived at the bottom line price, we still looked at a dealership near us so we wouldn't have so far to drive. They came very close to your price. But in thinkin it over we remembered the hard work David had done for us and the friendliness of your staff, so we came back to David Maus to buy our Sienna. It's fair to say that we have had a broad range in vehicle ownership. It is because of this history that we would like to say that Davis Maus went above and beyond at every step of the process. Our ONLY regret is that we had to leave once everything was done. The staff could not have been nicer. They were funny, and knew the vehicles (we ended up with a Corolla Sport).
