Today, I had a quite amazing experience at this dealership. The salesman,Tyler, though very young was incredibly equipped and as talented as any seasoned salesman that I have ever had the chance t dealership. His abilty to establish quickly, a deep connecting with a prospect, has me thinking that although I live in another county in FL, I need to find a way to make my purchase from this talented, knowledgable yet truly humble and engaging young man. I am blessed to have run a multi million sales organization myself for thiirty years and would steal him away quickly if I could except he is apparently VERY loyal and attached to his current dealership, which is also quite admirable. More
I have had a horrible experience at Daivd Maus Collision Center. Geico recommended I go there after an accident to fix my car. They did not keep me up to date on how my car was doing for two weeks and after receiving my car back from them my car came back in worse shape than it was when dropped off. Now that my car is not working properly, and has many saftey hazards due to the repair, the customer service representative said it is not there problem and it wasn't accident related. Do NOT go to David Maus, if they treat their collision customers like dirt, I can only imagine having a problem with a new car purchased from them. Take it from a central Florida nurse and go somewhere else. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. More

The quote that I got was what I bought it for--no problems with increased prices, etc. Everyone was friendly and courteous---If I am buying a Toyota, I going to David maus--that is for certain! I have sent a few people over the last year to David maus and everyone had a great experience. *****Keep in mind---just like anything else, people are more inclined to post bad experiences. Both of my experiences with them have been great! I highly recommend them! I hate buying new cars, but they made me feel pretty comfortable. More

My wife and I had been saving for a new Toyota. With the price of gas unstable and not comming down anwhere the $1.50 it should be we started comparing Hybrids. We compared and coresponded via the internet to several local dealers comparing prices, checking book value for our trades and what other dealers were selling our used cars for. Mark Dalton at David Maus Toyota was the the sales person whom I was corresponding with. My wif and I made appointments with 3 dealerships, the first on a Friday night, no deal was made, we were not even close. We went to David Maus Toyota on Monday for our appointment with Mark Dalton. Via our correspondence Mark was familiar with what we were looking to buy, we talked briefly and he took us out to the lot to look at a New Camry Hybrid and also a 2013 Corolla. My wife and I found and test drove the cars never leaving the lot because we had tested these same identical cars and the previous dealership on Friday. We knew how the handled on the road just wanted to listen for any factory noise in the cars, they were fine. Mark asked to see our 2 cars that wer were trading in, a Corolla and a Camry, very low miles and well kept. We went back inside the dealership and Mark proceded to fill out the standard paperwork, we explained to Mark what we were wanting in the deal and Mark listened, our homework was done, we had the numbers to back up our claims. He brought back a offer for the 2 cars and we talked. Mark Dalton got the exact same deal done that the other dealership said was impossible! Mark was tremendous, he negotiated in good faith never making us feel that we were unreasonable or what we were asking was impossible. We left that day with 2 new cars and a much better feeling about car dealerships because of Mark Dalton and David Maus Toyota. When David Maus states on his commercials " we will never loose your business over price" you can believe him, and when you have great employees like Mark it makes it work. Pat More
Called for a quote for a synthetic oil change, was quoted $61.00. Another Toyota Dealer quoted me $65.00, so I go to David Maus, the first problem was waiting for someone to help me when there are all kin $61.00. Another Toyota Dealer quoted me $65.00, so I go to David Maus, the first problem was waiting for someone to help me when there are all kinds of employees standing around, two guys with ear coms walk by and don't even say someone will be right with you, finally a service person shows up and I ask for an oil change(synthetic), They took my truck did an oil change and when i went to pay it was $96.00. when i ask why it was not $61.00 was told they used a more expensive oil. I had heard there service was good but I would not recommend to anyone to go to this dealership for any reason, I stopped going to this dealer years ago for there bad service, and was giving them another chance. My mistake More
The first 2 people I delt with were GREAT, then they put me with Tim who basically called me a liar and said that my friend could not have gotten the rate I told him. We had a great experience from start to finish. Francisco was our salesman and he provided us with excellent service. Chase Hite was our finance person and he made that experience very pleasurable. That is normally the part of the process that we dread. Our customer care rep was great as well. We had to bring the vehicle in for a minor service issue the following Saturday and everything went off without a hitch. From sales to service a very good pleasant ride. More
