I felt very comfortable visiting this dealership and talking with the sales person, Joseph Honka. Joseph Honka reached out to me quickly after I inquired about a truck the day before. He listened to my needs, let me come back a couple of times to make sure I found what I was looking for. Responded to all my emails promptly and thoroughly. I got to test drive the 2015 Toyota Tacoma. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right away. I am very happy overall with the sales process and financial department. I recommend anyone to research the car they want and then get with Joseph at David Maus Toyota to get help with searching for and buying a car. More

"Whatever it takes" (including lies) I bought a vehicle from these guys on a lease to purchase option. I told the sales guy that if I was gonna buy this van instead of leasing another, th I bought a vehicle from these guys on a lease to purchase option. I told the sales guy that if I was gonna buy this van instead of leasing another, that I wanted the back bumper repaired. So he gives me the "yeah sure, we'll take care of it. Just buy this warranty cause it covers everything and we'll get that fixed for you." Took me 8 months of mentioning this bumper and insisting that I wanted it fixed at every service scheduled to finally find out that the sales guy lied to me. He never even passed it on to the finance department. I'll never do business here again. Once you've lost a customers trust it's hard to get it back. I told my story to the sales manager, he "listened", then basically told me that I was SOL. More

By far we felt that the overall experience of purchasing at David Maus Toyota is the absolute BEST. Mark was a very knowledgeable , helpful and never pushy. We felt we received a good deal. The Dealership itself is awesome ! We've never seen a dealership with a full snack bar in it. The entire place was spotless and EVERYBODY was friendly and eager to please. They even have a shuttle that will take you to the Seminole Mall of anywhere within 15 miles at no charge and then come get you when your vehechle is ready We scheduled to go back today (to have something added to our Camry (5 Nov). We arrived early and spoke to Vinny Lopez in the Service Dept , he was wonderful Gentleman. He took care of everything. We are snowbirds and had to get our tags/title processed in another state and Vinny took us to Michelle in Customer Relations. WHAT A SWEETHEART!!! She took care of us like we were family. She called and had a gentleman from Finance(?) come talk to us and I'm sorry to say I didn't get his name. He was also fantastic. Bottom line is. In my opinion David Maus Toyota is the best Dealership that I have ever been to and all the people that work there are second to none. After a number of exhausting days searching for the "perfect" car, and spending many hours at a number of dealerships in the Orlando area...I finally arrived in Sanford FL at David Maus. Aaron Boyar greeted my boyfriend and I, and we explained what type of vehicle and price "comfort zone" which I was attempting to find. Aaron listened attentively and offered valuable input and knowledge. I had a specific vehicle in mind, but was not certain that it was attainable with my budget. Had just been through a not so great experience with a competitor in Clermont. That dealer sales manager basically dismissed the idea of me purchasing my "perfect new car", then insisted that I would have to settle for an older selection from their sparse used car inventory. I just walked away, did not appreciate their lazy tactics. As it turned out...worked to my advantage. The next day, we made our way to David Maus Toyota. Aaron Boyar, Tim Cooke, and Jon Albino worked their buns off for me ! I was able to purchase my perfect car with the help and consideration of that good group of guys...standing ovation ! My overall experience was excellent and comfortable (once my nerves calmed, lol). The guys were great, and the dealership was welcoming and friendly in feel. It all starts with the friendly sales guy who makes you feel welcome and treats you like your his long lost friend or relative. You seal what you feel is a good deal and your super excited to get everything signed and out the door. Then your sent to the finance (paper work factory) department. This is where they get you big time. Your thrown form after form to sign, which you should read, but you don't because your excited about your new purchase. When your done signing you locked into something your really not sure of and can't get out of period. In my case I settled on a fair price for a new purchase with a trade. When it was all said and done 12 thousand dollars had been added to my final finance package. Nothing was explained to me, of course it was all in the paper work which I did not read, but signed. I am 66 years old and have been buying cars for over 45 years. I have not been to an ethical dealership yet. That's pretty sad. I have no problem with companies making a profit, but when it's done under handed it pisses me off. As a consumer I have no choice when it comes to buying an automobile. THE DEALERS ARE ALL THE SAME. They will squeeze every last penny out of you that they can "whatever it takes" More

Everytime I go for service they treat me like a king and when I bought my 2 vehicles,my 2013 Tacoma Pre Runner Brand New for me and certified Used To Everytime I go for service they treat me like a king and when I bought my 2 vehicles,my 2013 Tacoma Pre Runner Brand New for me and certified Used Toyota Rav4 for wife sales and F.I. and all managers where patient and treated us extremily great ! Vehicles are serviced and repaired right the first time and cleaned well and respected! They are the #1 First and Best and graded A+++ for all !!! I always get a smile and a handshake from all staff and always a smile and thank you.I will never ever go anywhere else ever!! I am waiting to buy 4 new tires this winter for my Tacoma,Michelins and hope for a great price and Know they will give me a fair deal and treat me right,so,no worrys there!
