Never again! I went to David Maus Toyota as I believed their commercial slogan... We'll do whatever it takes to gain your business! WRONG! They had me there all I went to David Maus Toyota as I believed their commercial slogan... We'll do whatever it takes to gain your business! WRONG! They had me there all day which I expected, that's how dealers do it. Finally they got me in a vehicle and I had been very clear with all of my information to them specially that my credit wasn't good and that I had been promoted to a higher position. Guess what? they let me what out of there keep the car for 3 weeks then they call me and tell me to come back to talk about the deal... Mind you, they never even gave me copies of the deal. They then tell me that my income in less than what they financing company needs. So, they knew all this 3 weeks ago, they take the car yesterday tell me to come back for my refund today Saturday and since 9:30AM I have been waiting for someone to talk to me. I just received a call from Greg, I believe one of the "finance Manager" telling me that they won't have the check until Monday???? So I don't have my money and I don't have a car. I told him that it was very poor business practice and that they needed to give me my money at the time I returned the vehicle. Bottom line is that when they told me to come back they already knew I had to return the car, so why wan't there a check for a refund already processed and waiting for me????? Shame of you David Maus toyota of Sanford, It's been a complete disappointment to deal with your staff. The only one that I feel was kind enough was Paul Michel, the salesman. Other than that even at the moment I signed the "so called" sale, the Finance Manager, wasn't very pleasant. To him that was just another number for the day and it wasn't the "personalized experience I would have expected. I will wait until Monday and then if I don't have a check back for my money, I will contact the Better Business Bureau!!!! More

In fact my salesman Devon who was new, understood the importance of knowing about Toyota but also about competitors and the used cars too. At no time did I feel any pressure to make a purchase which was quite refreshing. Oral MacDonald was pleasant, friendly and helpful as well. I received a fair deal, and I am happy with the vehicle as well as the numbers. Overall I was very pleased with my experience from shopping to purchase to finance to delivery. I would definitely recommend David Maus Toyota for your next vehicle purchase. More

2nd time in two years: lowest local price I loved my Prius so much I upgraded after two years.
