Best expierence I traded a ford and sold a leased Toyota. This was the best experience I have ever had. My sales person Aaron Boyar was so knowledgeable, friendly and I traded a ford and sold a leased Toyota. This was the best experience I have ever had. Friendly, but will not honor online pricing. I must say the customer service is good. Everyone was pleasant and appeared to be in a good mood. With that said.... I liked the service and love my c I must say the customer service is good. Everyone was pleasant and appeared to be in a good mood. With that said.... I liked the service and love my car, but I don't like that they add on items such as Toyoguard Elite $699 and Zaktak $599 to name a few and build the extras into the purchase price of the car. I would rather have the choice to purchase the car and pick and choose which items (if any) I want to add to my purchase. After all it's the consumers investment and dime, not the dealerships. This is my second time buying from David Maus, (first time was in 2007 with David Maus himself and he did not build in extras to the purchase price and I left very happy.) This time around.... Good service, but next time I'll shop around for a better deal. BTW... the price you see online is NOT the price they will give you. They add in those extras as mentioned above and jack up the price. Also, watch out for inflated APR and extended warranty add on's. As with any dealership and investment, do your homework, and watch all aspects of your loan like a hawk. Do your math and read the fine print. More
