Above and Beyond GREAT service! I have had too many run ins with dealerships lately, and David Maus Toyota was by far the best experience! His service level went far and beyond anyone I have dealt with in the business. LOUSY CLIENT SERVICE. WILL NOT BE BACK This dealership is NOT CLIENT FRIENDLY. I am a returning customer that has always paid with my check that my husband has given them. All of a sudden This dealership is NOT CLIENT FRIENDLY. I am a returning customer that has always paid with my check that my husband has given them. All of a sudden I have to be there in person to sign the check??? So, when my husband called me, they were also not interested in either my driver's license information, or a credit card number OVER THE PHONE. They had rotated my tires, but NEVER MENTIONED to us that we were in desperate need of replacing them. And now this? WILL NEVER BE BACK, OR PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM. More

Horrible Experience I would not trust a single person at this dealership. Internet sales man Scott Bohdman promised me a deal, had me drive 2 and 1/2 hours for said deal. I would not trust a single person at this dealership. Internet sales man Scott Bohdman promised me a deal, had me drive 2 and 1/2 hours for said deal. I get there and am told by Mark Dalton that the deal was not promised and not feasible. Billy Simcox tells me that there are no Sienna LE's to be sold, they are gone. Let me reiterate that they had me drive 2 and 1/2 hours to their dealership with my 2 small children, 3 years old and 7 months old, for a deal they could not offer for a van they did not have. UNREAL. I have never in my life been treated so horribly. These are the people that give car dealership personal bad reputations. Mark Dalton even tried to tell me there was no real difference between the Sienna L and LE, trying to get me to buy an L. Except there actually are some major differences, like an 8th seat, power doors, and a center counsel to name a few. If you are going to buy a Toyota from this dealership make sure you do your homework or you will be walking out paying much more money than you should. They will take your wallet for a ride, be warned! Their only redeeming quality was Paul Michel is reimbursing us the cost of this incident. It was the least he could do after the dealership wasted 7 hours of my time, 5 hours driving and 2 hours sitting in their dealership getting the run around. More

Second time in and I will not return. They have me drive a hour to look at a truck that was already in the works of being sold! I show up start to go for a test drive and they run out sayi They have me drive a hour to look at a truck that was already in the works of being sold! I show up start to go for a test drive and they run out saying it's been sold? It's get better when they try and tell me the lady showed up and wrote a check as I sat there watching them do the paper work for the next hour......... They also claimed she had just got there 10 mins before I did..... Yeah right.... So they show me another truck 2 more options more miles and stuff wrong with it. They tried to cut my head off on it. They also told me that it met there standards and would not fix anything on it. A/C was leaking all over the inside cabin on passenger floor, Had a wheel bearing going out and a wind motor on its last leg so they wanted to sell me a truck as is for over high retail and they weren't going to work with me at all! Desk manager "scooter" Ole Georgia boy was very rude and unprofessional cared more about the football game he was trying to watch...... Every time I come into this place It's the same games. Stay away from big dealers like this unless you're buying new. By the way so nobody else gets screwed it's the 07 tundra "limited" on the lot that they will not fix any of the problems with. makes you really think about the standards they do have. More
