My initial experience was great in 2019, I wish I could remember the girls name so I could give her credit but I don’t believe she’s still there anyways. The service department is also great, never had an issue there. However, in the last 2 years I’ve dealt with nothing but liars in the sales department. I have considered trading my vehicle for a newer one and after my first experience being lied to I told myself I would never go there again but here we are. The first time not only did I speak on the phone, email and text with the sales rep prior to going in I asked over and over again if she was positive I would get approved, if I would need anything, is it guaranteed. She continued to reassure me I was approved for a trade in, I wouldn’t need anything to just come and pick out the car I wanted. Only to be completely denied after spending 2 hours there. Here we are now I did the same but in addition I even did the credit app in advance and was given real numbers. Yes you’ll be approved with your trade $0 down this and that per month, I agreed. Now they didn’t have the corollas in stock but what I was told was if I chose a Camry since it was a more expensive car my monthly would be higher, would I be ok with that. I said sure, I’ll come in. Did the whole thing and as soon as I sat down I knew it was a mistake when I was asked how much I could put down. Let’s clarify you told me I was approved with $0 down why are you now asking for a down. I said just run the deal with $0 down like u told me before I came here. Runs the deal, my credit gets dinged HORRIBLY!! So of course now I’m getting upset I knew it would go down a couple points not as much as it did. Only for him to comeback and start asking me to ask my husband to co-sign. Listen I currently own 2 cars in MY name and mine alone why on gods green earth would I asked someone to be on my car loan especially when you told me I was approved literally after seeing my credit report before I got there. You even gave me NUMBERS. When I tell him to stop, tell me the deal and stop playing with me he said well you’re approved you are approved you just would need $4k-$6k down. Let’s clarify something I asked in advance I’m approved for $0 down and he said yes several times, NEVER ONCE DID HE SAY I MAY NEED MONEY DOWN, NEVER ONCE DID HE SAY I MAY NEED A CO-SIGNER, NEVER ONCE DID HE SAY I WILL NEED TO RUN THIS THROUGH THE BANK BEFORE I WILL KNOW THE EXACT RESULTS. He said: you are approved, $0 down, $625 per month maybe $695 with a Camry and he has my credit report already. It’s lying and trickery to get you there, ruin your credit only to then give you results that were NOTHING like what they told u to get you there. I will NEVER go back to this Toyota. I now have to wait to repair the damage to my credit they did running it under false pretenses then I’ll take my car to trade it with someone more reputable. STOP LYING TO GET PEOPLE THERE!! I make great money had he been honest I would’ve come when I had the money to put down not now and ruined my credit to leave with nothing. You need new training, I’m in sales and I’ve never lied to get a sale and the product I sell costs $200,000 and I do great just being honest. Get it together Toyota. More
Used website pricing as bait on me. Made appointment to test drive via web site at 7pm on Tuesday. Price was listed at $18k, confirmed to me in writing via email. By 9am the next morning, price went up exactly $3,500, almost 20%. Nobody contacts me to confirm this price change prior to my 4:45pm appointment. It remains a secret for two more hours after my arrival and test drive. They reveal the raised price on the finance papers, I object and show them the price I was given. After another 30 minutes, the representatives returned with word from the GM that the new price is non-negotiable. I walked away from this high-pressure tactic and will purchase elsewhere. They wasted half my day with this deceptive practice. More

This place is wonderful. Steve went above and beyond to help get just the car we were looking for at the right price. When I told him we were driving all the way from Tampa t Steve went above and beyond to help get just the car we were looking for at the right price. When I told him we were driving all the way from Tampa to look at the car, he sent me a video of the entire car showing details and even helped work out the pricing over the phone. It made the process when we got there super quick and easy. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy like many dealerships. This is the place to go, especially for first time buyers. Will gladly make the two hour drive again next time we need a car. More
