I just took it in for a bad spring in the drivers seat, yup...quality is xxxx....and i complained about the transmission again. Advisor told me its a sealed transmission and they dont check fluid...i specifically asked them to open and check fluid because of a known problem the factory did not properly fill transmissions. So we'll see if they do it, while the drivers seat is being repaired due to poor craftsmanship. Also...my other car picked up a nail at David Maus Toyota just now, in the driveway and they want me to buy a new tire from them...the car doesnt even have 5000 miles on it. Avoid this place...they are awful. More
Dishonest Finance guy gave a maintenance agreement, no charge to sweeten my deal. He actually charged me 920.00 for it in contract. I didn't know because I didn't go over it, my fault for being stupid. When I called the dealership to address this issue I was ignored by general manager and finance guy lied about why I was charged for it after telling me he was giving it to me for no charge. Most dishonest dealership. I've never been taken advantage of like this before. More
Takata airbag recall - no parts , all excused with your life Received a recall notice back in may 2016 for takata air bag recall for my daughter'' s 2009 Toyota Corolla . Immediately brought vehicle in to replac Received a recall notice back in may 2016 for takata air bag recall for my daughter'' s 2009 Toyota Corolla . Immediately brought vehicle in to replace defective airbags - was advised no parts available & would be contacted when it was . Fast forward to 6 months later .. still no parts & no idea when they will be available ... could be April 2017 or later ! Did not get anything in writing that dealership would pay for rental car until parts available. Advised that Toyota corp has not told dealer when or if parts would be available but to " trust them "... it's only passenger air bag 🤔... and just don't have passengers in front seat .... seriously ? My daughter is a graduate student and frequently travels long distances home on I-75 and has her friends riding as passengers in the vehicle . Would the employees of Toyota be comfortable with 1. Their sons or daughters driving these cars with defective airbags ? 2. Renting a vehicle when they have nothing in writing from the dealership stating that the dealer will pay the rental fees of approximately $35 a day ... potentially until April 2017 ... but expect you to give the rental car agency your credit card information ??? There has been no communication from Toyota to its customers when this safety issue will be remedied . People have lost their lives over these airbags . I have filed a complaint with both the vehicle safety hotline and Toyota customer experience center . I have been a loyal Toyota customer for 40 years now but after this I will never purchase another Toyota nor recommend one or this dealership to anyone More

My mom a recent breast cancer surviver, past purchaser and has some handicapp issues which limits her walking ability. Due to this disability she is unable to walk around a car lot to look at different options for purchase and was told that she could call ahead of time and requested that they run her credit and have possiblies of purchase when she arrives and they would accommodate her. Unfortunately when she called Toyota of Orlando she was denied this option and decided to call Toyota on Rhinehart she was blessed with speaking with Michael Johnson and he assured her that he could take care of her and he did just that. We arrived and he had a car ready at the door for her to see and her credit was ran and he took us around the lot for secondary selection. I am a nurse and customer service is always in the for front of professionalism and he went over and above. We are very happy with our purchase and the opportunity to work with such a great person. Finance was ok, we would have like to push our first payment out a little longer due to Christmas but the finance officer was unable to make this happen, this made us a little sad due to the fact that our first payment is due 2 days after Christmas. Please celebrate Micheal Johnson he did an outstanding job! More

Excellence! We lost our Audi Q5 to Hurricane Matthew. We surprisingly found one at David Maus Toyota, but we live in st augustine. We wondered it it Was it going We lost our Audi Q5 to Hurricane Matthew. We surprisingly found one at David Maus Toyota, but we live in st augustine. We wondered it it Was it going to be worth it to buy so far away. Michael Zullo made it worth every second of our time, and the rest of the staff were amazing, too! Mr Zullo promptly answered every email, text and call & was professional & compassionate during the entire process. Towards the end of the sale, we realized a set of keys were missing. Mr. Zullo took it upon himself to personally call & pick up those keys from the previous owner, along with the crossbars for the roof rack. The keys were then delivered to us overnight. We bought an Audi at a Toyota dealership in Sanford. We have an Audi dealership in Jacksonville. That should tell you how much we preferred buying from Maus Toyota & Michael Zullo. More

He is very knowledgeable about his product and couldn't be less pushy. On our last visit I brought in a friend. Hr talked us out of buying a car that day so we could improve his credit score and come back and get a better car with a better deal. Most salesman pressure you to buy today but Steve was looking out for my friend's best interest. You can't ask for better than that.
