My salesman Jayden Santiago was a pleasure to work with. He's still somewhat new to the position, but was still very knowledgeable and always willing to get any questions answered that I had. Over the course of a couple days, Jayden always took the time to be courteous, offer his support, and make sure I was accommodated. One of the general managers I worked with, Mark Dalton, was arrogant and dismissive while playing patronizing games with pricing -- not to mention, I signed all the paperwork but had to come back in the morning with a check, and after 10 minutes running late Mark had already put the car back on the lot. Thankfully Jayden was a genuine stand-up guy and connected me with another general sales manager, Craig Lattz, who was personable and able to meet me somewhere in the middle on striking a deal. Overall, if you can work with the right people this dealership will work for you (ask for Jayden and Craig!). If not, be prepared for a lot of games. More
Not sure what kind of training goes on here for customer service, it feels like every time I step in this building they train their staff to avoid doing work. I’ve attempted to buy multiple cars from this dealership, every time finance wants to play games with numbers, over inflate their share of the loan. (If you’re not familiar car dealers will get an interest rate from a bank, mark it up x% then present it to you. They make the additional percent on the loan as profit.). I’m not against anyone making a profit, however you’re not adding almost 10% to the loan on a car you already have a healthy mark up on, then to attempt to devalue my trade is ridiculous. I also attempted to get service here on a vehicle I purchased from another dealer. The first words out of the service advisers mouth was “we don’t work with your extended warranty company”, which could have a been a phone call days before hand. This dealer has terrible customer service and needs to reevaluate what they are training their staff. Sales reps have little to no knowledge of how a car works, I was looking at a pre-owned RAV 4, asked the sales men to hold it at 2k rpm’s for 10 seconds so I could listen to the engine, apparently this mean press the gas all the way in and over rev the engine. Any person shopping here should be aware they are going to soak you for interest, take you on your trade and have zero knowledge of cars. More

I bought a 4Runner with only 1 key fob. The dealership lowered the sticker price by about $300, but to my surprise, the service dept. is trying to charge me over $300 for an extra key fob i The dealership lowered the sticker price by about $300, but to my surprise, the service dept. is trying to charge me over $300 for an extra key fob including programming so where is my savings? Unacceptable!! I recommend this dealership but with reservations. All vehicles should come with two key fobs minimum. They could've made it right for me but they chose not to. More
