It was not until the 4th day you decided to accept the figures. By that point, another team member was able to secure an appt on that same day for a local customer and was able to earn their business prior to you paying for the vehicle. In today's market, our pricing is amongst the lowest and aggressive. That leads to vehicles selling a lot faster before someone as yourself who is out state, has the chance to purchase it. That is nonsense - "declining our final offer", does that mean the offer was rescinded and no longer to be honored? No. I texted to accept the offer the next day, fact. As soon as I accepted the offer you should have honored that, period. That is honorable and ethical.
