I arrived at 12:15 for a 12:30 appointment and at 2:05 I finally went to find out what was going on with my car. I was told that the mechanic didn’t refresh his computer screen so he didn’t work on my simpl finally went to find out what was going on with my car. I didn’t want to complain so I just waited. After I finally said something and eventually asked for a manager which he said was in a meeting. He contacted him via email(I believe) and I was given the service at no charge. Appreciated that but that wasn’t the big picture. My time wasn’t valued at all. All of a sudden my oil change took between 10-15 minutes from start to finish and I was there for eternity just sitting…. praying that I got a quality oil change. …MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE! More
