I started off my inquiry via text speaking with Juan. I was looking for a lease deal on a Camry Le and wanted to know what a payment would look like for Tier 1 credit with little to no money down. Juan instantly provided me all the numbers within I would say 30 mins asking necessary questions like zip code, if tag was needed etc. he did provide a rate a little higher so I continued on speaking with another dealer. He then sent me videos of both Camrys in stock explained the difference was SOOO professional yet friendly I felt like he really was going above and beyond. I think going back and forth he was able to work out a deal of $449/mo still a little higher than I wanted. The next day Craig reached out to me asking what we could do to make a deal and I had spoken with another dealer who after so much back and forth finally got me a deal under $400, but had no inventory, so I texted Craig to what he could do and he was able to match the deal and had inventory and my son and I went in within about 2 hrs and secured the deal! Juan was off and Craig was leaving but he had Jerold help us and Jerold was probably the nicest, most down to earth Jersey dude and we just couldn’t be happier! There was a small wait for financing as the team was making deals left and right and Jerold kept checking on us took care of us and we just couldn’t be happier with the amazing customer service received! We will be letting our friends and family know how great we were treated to urge them to stop in if needed! More

I bought a 2022 4 runner from them 3 yrs ago. Carfax showed a front end collision. I was told it was just a minor bump and tap. Never believe them! I accidentally hit the handicapped sign pulling into Publix one day. I barely hit it, but my bumper was ready to fall off! I took it to my body shop, and they showed me where my bumper was glued on!! I had to replace the whole bumper! They also screwed me on the trim on the driver’s front tire well! Told me it just needed a clip!! So I drove 2hrs each way just to be told that there is only one guy that does clips and he was off the property! I wanted an hr, and then left! Took it to my garage, the clip was broke on both sides!! So I had to replace that!! I should have made them pay me for my time and gas for telling such an outlandish lie!!! And now my AC went!!! Just outside my warranty!!! They are the lowest of the low!!! Don’t buy from them, they are totally dishonest!!! More
