Ronnie sold my mother a 2022 Honda Accord about three weeks ago. As soon as she drove off the lot she noticed a strange noise coming from the front left wheel when making a sharp turn, she immediately (s weeks ago. As soon as she drove off the lot she noticed a strange noise coming from the front left wheel when making a sharp turn, she immediately (same day) notified Ronnie and was told to take it to Honda to have them look at it if she was concerned because the vehicle was still under warranty. Now, after having Honda inspect the car they have found almost $6k worth of unreported damages to the vehicle, including signs of a front collision that were not reported on the CarFax or by the dealership inspection. Honda noticed this without even having to put the car on a lift. Now, because the issues are apparently a result of impact, the warranty is void. I have called, text, and sent numerous photos to the Sales Manager, Joe Cioppa, who has been less than interested in helping resolve the preexisting issue. I’ve asked for contact information for others higher up in management and was told they “were not reachable by phone”. The only offer they have made if for my mother to drive 2 hours back to the dealership so they can take a look and “consider fixing something if it’s a safety issue”. Seminole Toyota did not do their due diligence on inspecting this vehicle and if they did, they knowingly mislead and deceived my mother when selling it. I would NEVER recommend purchasing a vehicle, especially used, from this dealership. I had to ask multiple times for detailed inspection reports and still was given a run around on when they even “had available”. The damage to the front radar, grill, and tire would and should have been found by any worthwhile technician, as stated so by the Honda dealer who inspected it. More

I was nervous going in to buy a car on my own, even with all the advice and researching I had done about what to know and look for. I went to Seminole Toyota because I know from experience that Toyota’s are all the advice and researching I had done about what to know and look for. I went to Seminole Toyota because I know from experience that Toyota’s are well made and reliable. Beatrice’s energy from the start was welcoming and encouraging. She knew what I was looking for because without prior conversation, she had prepared to show me several options she wasn’t aware that I had also screenshot before I had arrived. Beatrice and Mikaela (in finance) were the best team for me, and made the experience better than I could have asked for. They listened, guided, and walked me through solutions to my concerns. I drove out of the dealership beaming, and truly grateful to them. Thank you, Seminole Toyota! More

Typical car dealership experience that frustrates customers. This was my first experience with Seminole Toyota and it hasn't been good. They had a Tundra that I wanted, so I drove over from Volusia C customers. This was my first experience with Seminole Toyota and it hasn't been good. They had a Tundra that I wanted, so I drove over from Volusia County to buy it. The sales staff were ok and we agreed on a price. This is where things started to go downhill. I told them I did not need financing as I would be paying for the truck. After all the paperwork was signed, they informed me that they could not accept my personal check for more than $50K and would not accept my Amex cc for more than $5K. I had to leave them my personal check so they could drive to the bank the next day to cash it before they would let me have the truck. This, despite me showing them I had much more in my checking account than the price of the truck. Ok, a minor inconvenience, but still annoying that they didn't tell me this until everything was signed. Had they told me up front I would have gone to get cash, a certified bank draft, or done a wire transfer the next morning, but not have signed the contract until I could take the truck. Once the deal was done, it was time to ghost me. I had to call and text the sales guy (Manny) multiple times to get my permanent tag, and it didn't arrive until the day the temp tag expired. I still don't have the second key fob I was promised would be coming in the mail. I sent an email and left a message for the sales manager (Joe C) who talked my ear off when I was at the dealership, but I still haven't received a response from him or any other management representative. What I do get is multiple solicitation emails and calls from Toyota and Seminole Toyota's service department. Yeah right, I'm going to let you guys do the service work on my vehicle after you showed me you deliver poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to Parks Toyota in DeLand if you're in the market for a Toyota. They at least return calls, emails, and texts. Also, it is not a surprise that Seminole Toyota has a Better Business Bureau rating of F. Well to no surprise, it's been over 6 months and no response from anyone at Seminole Toyota. Nothing from my sales guy Manny, nothing from Joe C., and no response back on my email to Jennifer Valladares asking about my key fob. Just a xx post on this review from six months ago telling me to contact Fleet Manager Sam, same as most of the other poor reviews. That's car dealership code for go eff yourself, we got your money and we don't give a crap about you anymore. Seminole Toyota has bad customer service and doesn't return calls, emails or texts. I will continue to post bad reviews about this business until they give me the key fob that I was promised. More
