I bought my car at Seminole Toyota in Sanford, FL on October 6th, and it has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. At first, things seemed fine — the salesman Nelson was polite October 6th, and it has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. At first, things seemed fine — the salesman Nelson was polite and helpful when showing me the car. But after that, everything went downhill. It took them over an hour just to find the car keys, and then another 2–3 hours before they even started the financing paperwork. By the time we began signing documents, it was already around 8 PM. Even though it was late, I stayed patient and signed everything. I was clearly told that my permanent plates would be mailed to me, since I live in Massachusetts. But since that day, the after-sale service has been a complete nightmare. My temporary plate has already expired, and nobody at the dealership is helping me. I’ve called multiple times — the salesman rarely replies, and the finance department never answers the phone. Each person just keeps blaming someone else. Now I’m completely stuck — I can’t fix this issue by myself because the documents I need are still with the dealer. I can’t get my registration done without them. Because of that, I’ve already received a ticket in Massachusetts, and I’m unable to work since I depend on my car. My wife is pregnant, close to giving birth, and she’s also unable to work or get around because of this situation. They had 30 full days to complete my registration, and they simply failed to do it. No communication, no responsibility, and no respect for the customer. If you’re thinking about buying a car here — think twice. Once the sale is done, you’re completely on your own. Terrible follow-up, zero professionalism, and absolutely no customer care. I do not recommend Seminole Toyota to anyone. More
Hannah Martinez helped me shop for and get a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross. She was very attentive to my wants and needs. My 2006 Prius died, and I wanted another hybrid. I asked about the Toyota Corolla, whi Corolla Cross. She was very attentive to my wants and needs. My 2006 Prius died, and I wanted another hybrid. I asked about the Toyota Corolla, which I bought. However, having driven it for 25 miles, I decided it was too small. I hit my head getting in and out. She helped me trade that one in and get the Toyota Corolla Cross. Amazingly enough, she stuck with me as I learned all of the new features of the car! I can’t count the numbers of times I came in or called for help, which she gladly (and expertly) gave. Seminole Toyota kept my 2006 Prius going for 19 years. I expect the service will continue to be as excellent as Hannah Martinez in sales. More

The sales people themselves were great, I worked with Christopher for pretty much the entire day. He was polite, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and honestly I didn't get much pressure from him which was nice. We checked out enough car's that I expected him to get frustrated and walk away, he did not, he was very professional and helped us find the right vehicle. More
I brought my 2025 Corolla LE to Seminole in mid-September for its 6-month service. I additionally wanted an oil change, and after being quoted an unacceptable price, declined the oil change. I stated that there was a noise that was apparently coming from under the car, especially when the car was warm. There is a TSB for a defective passenger side motor mount, and the part was special ordered. I also stated that there was a large discoloration on the passenger side dash, in which the letters “TOY” and the Toyota symbol were visible. This was cleaned. The Service Advisor was Nathan, and he was quite helpful getting the service performed, the dash cleaned, and the parts ordered. Part Two: Two weeks after the service visit, I called Nathan to follow up on the motor mount order. He stated that the part was on back order and he would check on the status. He called back in an hour to inform me that he had located a part, and that I could come in the next day for installation. When I arrived, I was told it would take two hours. I brought my laptop to watch a movie in the quite comfortable service lounge. The repair was complete in 1-1/2 hours. Nathan was very helpful in locating a back-ordered part, and getting the repair done in record time. More

Once we arrived and test drove car, Bea got all paper work ready and handed us off to John. John was straight forward and got it done! We were there a total of two hours and back on our way.
