We were looking at a specific used truck and were told it wouldn't be ready for a few days. Today the tone shifted a bit and they were pushing to close the deal. We spoke to the sales manager Joe Cioppa a couple times to confirm price and also confirm that the car would be ready to pick up today. We had an appointment scheduled and were in the car driving the 3 hrs and Joe called and told us the car sold. No apology just a matter of fact, the car was sold. What has happened to honorable men...they sure don't work at Seminole Toyota. I would never do business with this dealership and would give them zero stars if allowed. More

Bad experience with Seminole Toyota Service. I had my 2020 Toyota Sienna service by Seminole Toyota on 8/5 for a coolant flush and oil change. I spent over $240 for this which I don’t mind if it I had my 2020 Toyota Sienna service by Seminole Toyota on 8/5 for a coolant flush and oil change. I spent over $240 for this which I don’t mind if it’s done correctly. When I went to pick my vehicle up and drove it back to my house, I noticed the coolant was empty. Text my service advisor who said bring it back in so they can add more coolant. In addition my oil filter housing was leaking oil due to be torque on so tight. It damaged the seal and I had to purchase another oil filter and 1 quart of oil. It was on so tight that I had to use a break bar to get it off. Horrible service center, wouldn’t trust them again. They lost a customer due to negligence and poor work. Stay away if you value your vehicle. They rush people in and out. Stay away from this dealer, 100% honest review. I did contact my service writer and they basically told me that they were sorry. I will take my business elsewhere and let my family and friends know. More
