If you are looking for the worst customer service in the business, then head on over to Seminole Chevrolet. As a business owner myself I don’t go online looking to troll businesses and give them a bad reput business, then head on over to Seminole Chevrolet. As a business owner myself I don’t go online looking to troll businesses and give them a bad reputation, but that said I believe customer service is paramount to a successful business and if I had people treating my customers like this I would want to know immediately. I have had two bad experiences with this dealership. The first one was a few years ago when I went with a friend looking at vehicles. When getting ready for a test drive they took my friend’s Drivers License to make a copy which is standard, but then they lost it. Somehow between making the copy and returning it to us, they completely lost it. I’m an individual who believes in second chances, things happen and mistakes are made, we’re only human. My business partner and I decided to send our business truck over to Seminole Chevrolet for some work. We made an appointment for 7:30 am on Monday. They came in on Monday and called at 7:30 to get the rundown with the truck. They advised us that they would follow up once they got a look at the truck to give us an idea of the timeline to repair. We heard nothing back that Monday even though they advised us that they were pulling it into the shop to look at first thing Monday morning. When following up the next morning (Tuesday) we were advised that the GM was out of the office. We followed up again later that day and the GM advised that he had the truck looked at, but still had no answers. After continuing to follow up with questions about what they thought could be wrong, the employee admitted that they did not actually look at the truck and when we asked about our appointment we had made, that same employee rudely told us that appointments did not matter and they would look at it when they look at it and he didn’t care if it took up to two weeks to look at. As a small business owner with commitments to fulfill, we couldn’t leave our business in the hands of a company that could care less about its customers and blatantly lies to our faces. When showing up at the dealership to get the truck towed to a shop that will actually do the work needed in a reasonable timeframe, we found the truck in the EXACT spot where it was dropped off. An actual joke after they continually claimed they had looked at the truck, which does not have power and was found in the EXACT spot it was towed to. After collecting our keys from the GM he continues to tell us their must’ve been a miscommunication – more lies to save face. Do yourself a favor, do NOT risk doing business with Seminole Chevrolet. If you want honesty, communication, and good business ethics, go elsewhere. I will not be returning to this horrible establishment again. More

From my initial internet contact with Mark Wilson to finally leaving the dealership the following day, our interaction with Seminole was a great and worthwhile experience. Over the years I have dealt finally leaving the dealership the following day, our interaction with Seminole was a great and worthwhile experience. Over the years I have dealt with numerous dealerships both in Europe and the USA and this one was the best. Mark was attentive, friendly and made the experience a 'breeze'. All other staff we interacted with were also friendly and cheerful. On other comment would be "perhaps a better coffee service' Dont worry I'll be back. More
