Attempted to purchase a used pickup on 10/15. Was told via phone that if I paid a deposit, they would hold it for me and the pickup would be mine. A short time later received a call from a different salesman, informing me that a customer was coming in to look at the pickup. They did sell the pickup to another party. Left a message for the sales manager to discuss what had transpired. Sales manager never returned my call. Feel that the pickup was sold out from under me and I was not dealt with fairly and honestly. Not a good experience at all. More
