I drove onto the lot at David Maus Chevrolet after visiting a nearby competitor. I was so disappointed by the lack of customer service and decided I would take my business elsewhere. I had researched all about the Ford product I had intended to buy and was anxious that I now had to begin new research on an alternate product. I drove up to David Maus and watched to see who would approach. I had decided that if a person confronted me with an “old sales person” mentality I would quickly leave. I was delighted to meet a very energetic Daniel Schumann who was pleasant and willing to help me find the perfect vehicle. We found one in the back of the lot that met my requirements and completed the trade within 3 hours. All were eager to help make the experience enjoyable. This dealership is VERY Customer service oriented. It was a pleasant experience from the minute I walked in until the minute I walked out in my new vehicle. They weren't selling me a car, they were selling me their ongoing commitment to my satisfaction. The staff stayed a few hours past closing to make sure I drove home in my new vehicle. I had visited the Courtesy dealership near the Orlando Airport the night before and they were not very welcoming nor were they even willing to let me test drive a vehicle because it was 30 mins before close. Really? They lost my business immediately. I am so happy I went to David Maus Chevrolet instead. I felt like they truly wanted my business. I can truly say that David Maus Chevrolet has been the best dealership ive ever gone to since ive sta have had not so pleasant experiences with them. Had never visited this dealership but had done a lot of research on exactly what I wanted and was well prepared for my visit.
