Randy was great! I set up an appointment with him and when I threw him a curve ball by coming in 2 days earlier when it was approaching closing time, he was happy to stay to get a deal done. Sold me a car with damaged paint b/c the dealership it too cheap to wash cars on the lot. The 2 months it sat was never washed, and the bird droppings ate into the paint finish. No my son's 18th birthday was ruined b/c we had nothing to give to him. They insisted I pay the full price on difference for any car I found elsewhere. "whatever it takes" is total xx. I will be sure to exploit this companies lack of care or consideration for anything other than their checkbook.
