Thank you to all the people that work at David Maus Chevrolet for the great service. I admit I was trying to work with another dealer on finding me a car but after a promise of a call back that I didn' Chevrolet for the great service. I admit I was trying to work with another dealer on finding me a car but after a promise of a call back that I didn't get, I went searching for the car I wanted on my own. The search on the Web led me to David Maus Chevrolet. They had the Camaro I was looking for in stock. Within a hour and a half I was doing the paperwork to bring my new car home. Kyle McClellan was very helpful in pointing out everything the car had as options. He took the time to make my experience there a good one. He answered all the questions I had. Wes Long was the best at helping me with the paperwork. I know his job is a busy one with all the people buying cars and I want to thank him for pointing out where to sign when I couldn't see strait after reading all the small print. Thank you again to the great group of people that helped me purchase of this car. More

From the time that we walk in and made contact with Mr. D.Derasmo, ieverything started looking very - but very good. At first Mr. Derasmo said that in order for them to find out what was going on with the D.Derasmo, ieverything started looking very - but very good. At first Mr. Derasmo said that in order for them to find out what was going on with the vehicle it needed to be check out with the computer. We knew that the cables in the vehicle needed repairs but we also believed that the transmission and the timing belt were also in need of repairs. Well, we went out for lunch came back and hour and half later vehicle not done, We waited fifteen minutes when Mr. Derasmo showed up again and said please give us an additional 30 to 45 minutes to complete the job. We did, we waited. Upon his returned he gave us the smack in the face by saying that the total repairs would cost $2,200 and change. Mrs. Vargas almost died and she needs that vehicle to return to New York next month to start work (she recently lost her husband of 45 years and her mind is not all here). Anyhow, Mr. Derasmo upon finfing out the financial situation of Mrs. Vargas, he asked us to have a sit that he would be right back. He sure did, and with better news. This time he had reduced the amount of the bill to close to $300 and change to $1,944.00. At that time Mrs. Vargas did agree with the repairs and told Mr. Demrasmo that she would be able to pick up her vehicle that following Monday when her unemployment check would be posted on her account. That's the whole story. However, Mr. Derasmo was not around to to personally thank we left. Mr. David Maus, it is truly a true fact that "you will not loose your business over price". How true it is. I had an appointment to complete a recall on my Chevy Cruze. It was there that I met Jason Hubbard whom I asked to talk with me about my end of lease. We spent some time exploring all of my options and I was pleased to note that I needn't wait until my end of lease in April but that I could take advantage of a 'pull ahead program'. Jason then introduced me to Joey Barnfield and his intern Nicole Maus. Though I came in with an idea of where I wanted to go as my next move, all three were very instrumental in helping me confirm my original choice to purchase a new Sonic. After exploring the many possibilities of the perfect match for me, my team helped me make my dream a reality... In a very short time, I signed on the dotted line with Finance Manager Wes Long and drove home with my new dream car a Denim Blue, Chevrolet Sonic 1LT CVT. As a retired educator, I was very conscious of all the behind the scenes Team members...
