Samuel Perez was the salesman who assisted me, and he was very friendly and helpful. From start to finish, I definitely felt like he did everything possible to give me the best deal possible and make the process comfortable. I got more for my trade-in than expected, and got a great deal on the new car. I would certainly recommend him to a prospective buyer visiting the showroom. Chris Sicoli took care of the financial end, and was equally amicable. After my car overheating for the fourth time in one month after bringing it to carl black the first three times, my coworker advised i bring it to Birdie T. to be serviced. She is a phenomenal, trustworthy, honest person. She went above and beyond to make sure that all of the problems carl black created for me were fixed. The service and repair bill was $500+ because they had no records of my warranty since carl black did not have it inputted correctly. She made certain that I did not have to pay more than what the warranty didn't cover. SO thankful she was recommended to me. More
