Terrible customer service! I brought my truck in for service asking for them to look at my rear view mirror only to be told I would have to bring it back in when I’m dropping i I brought my truck in for service asking for them to look at my rear view mirror only to be told I would have to bring it back in when I’m dropping it off they couldn’t be bothered to help nor update my apple car play for the new iPhone not connecting. Instead I was kicked out because I was asking why no one could do their job. After my wife bought a 22 suburban only to blow up 3 months of owning it. My brothers both have Chevy trucks and I get asked to trade my truck in all the time but NO ONE COULD HELP IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Clearly they do not care after you bought you car!! Horrible experience never going to them again no buying a Chevy again Toyota here we all come. Terrible service from Mike Donaldson and service manager Jason Dofel. I was going to look into trades but not anymore . Great job guys! More

Joseph Johnny & Miguel were great. I recommend asking for them specifically. I would only recommend working with Johnny when it comes to working with numbers my experience with another I recommend asking for them specifically. I would only recommend working with Johnny when it comes to working with numbers my experience with another person was very unpleasant as he was not helpful and very upset about the fact I had GM family first. We could hear the comments he made to other employees while we waited for numbers to come back. Miguel the financial advisor was able to bring the some peace back into the situation and i walked out happy .
