Seminole Chevrolet GMC

I took a 2020 Chevrolet Colorado in because the lifters were knocking and had an appointment for 8 am Thursday morning but sent it in towed on Wednesday because it was making a racket. They didn't even bother to look at it for a week and ordered parts but not all the parts and that took a week and a half. While it was sitting there they didn't even bother to tear down the motor for when the parts came in so almost a month went by before the truck was returned and get home and later that evening I find a big oil puddle under the truck and no dipstick in the motor and two 10 Mm bolts that had not been tightened and they blew out the seal for the timing cover. I get there to have it fix and get told to go somewhere else because they got their feelings hurt about a bad review of their services. I found myself being attacked for pointing out the problem. I tried taking it to Joe Cooper Chevy but because it was a workmanship problem they couldn't do anything so I was forced to take it back to this Dealership and told the dealership's GM that they were responsible for the repair and that the other dealership wouldn't touch it I was told it was only because the other dealership didn't want to deal with me! If you complain about anything they get all butt hurt and start crying what a mean person you are to them! More
