Just paid off my vehicle a few months ago. Had numerous recalls on it. The engine light turned on and we called to schedule an appt. they gave it to us in a month! No one informed me emailed me called me, nothing. I got a call back later that day. I was told at intake I would be asked for a diagnostic to be performed, they went ahead and did it anyway. My bill was quoted to be 11thousand for a rattling noise. I was also banned for not paying the $220 from Selma Kia? My car was not the same the engine light was now blinking plus the oil light which was not on when I dropped off. When I got home my car smelled like smoke. More
