No one informed me emailed me called me, nothing. I got a call back later that day. I was told at intake I would be asked for a diagnostic to be performed, they went ahead and did it anyway. My bill was quoted to be 11thousand for a rattling noise. I was also banned for not paying the $220 from Selma Kia? We went to Visalia and bought a Toyota. If he had gotten back to me we probably would have never went to a Visalia and my son would be driving a KIA instead of a Toyota. More
