Selma Hyundai I would just like to say that I came to lease a vehicle... your sales guy Phan (can't recall his first name) was awesome. Knowledgeable. Professional. I would just like to say that I came to lease a vehicle... your sales guy Phan (can't recall his first name) was awesome. Knowledgeable. Professional. The manager in training was absolutely clueless. Attempted multiple times to get me to purchase the vehicle when my sole intent was to lease. Came at me with values literally hundreds over my limits. I wanted the upgraded version of the vehicle and I thought we were getting prices for that car but come to find out he was running numbers on the downgraded model. Complete confusion on his part. I also had issues with my paperwork. A week after we had the car I got a call from Stephen and we had to drive the hour drive back to Selma to resign ALL of our paperwork because the tax amount was incorrect. This brought our monthly payment up. I was absolutely furious but they made it seem like there was nothing to be done and so we resigned. Today I get a call from Stephen... 2 weeks later...I am told I have to resign another paper because of a policy change that Hyundai supposedly didn't tell them about. They were trying to charge me an extra $400+ to buy the car at the end of the lease (knowing that I intend to do so) when I was told that there would be no "punishment" for buying it out at the end of the lease so this came as a shock to me. This was my first experience car buying/leasing... and I am absolutely terrified with everything that has already gone wrong that I will go to buy the car at the end of this lease only to find out that Hyundai has absolutely screwed me over. I will never shop at Selma Hyundai again after I buy this car when my lease is over. I would like to say that I absolutely love my car and I am 100% satisfied with it, it's the dealership and the paperwork issues I am truly disappointed with. More

Happy Customer I was so not quite sure about drive into Selma Hyundai at first. However, when I got there I was greated by very nice salesperson Kao.
