The positive feedback was getting to get an appointment the same day I called for one. However, the wait after taking my car was an over an hour, they were unable to check my charger port without having t the same day I called for one. You overcharged me, you charged me for 2 hours for putting on a serpentine belt on my CRV it should take only 30 minutes, plus you charged me $110 for the belt; Honda parts online it is $50.
