This was my first time going to Selma Honda for a recall! And honestly the staff was so nice and friendly. Josh Vang was very helpful. He even showed me how to open my car with the auto remote. I have been trying to do it and but never could get my keys to start my car. He was patient and even let me recored the steps to do it doing it so I wouldn’t forget lol thanks Josh. I am deeply disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of accountability at Selma Honda. My vehicle has been in and out of the service department multiple times in since I bought it in May, most and lack of accountability at Selma Honda. My vehicle has been in and out of the service department multiple times in since I bought it in May, most recently for steering issues, including two replacements of the power steering system within the last month. Despite these repairs, the steering issue persists and has even worsened. What’s most frustrating is how dismissive and unhelpful the Service Manager and team have been. After acknowledging the problem during a test drive, the Service Manager claimed “there is nothing wrong with your vehicle,” blaming the issue on factors like “letting go of the steering wheel.” He provided no reasonable explanation for why the problem began after their repairs or why the vehicle now pulls in the opposite direction. Even worse, when I raised concerns about the safety of driving the vehicle, they refused to authorize a rental car, leaving me without options. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and genuine care for customer safety is appalling. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service or customer care. If you’re considering bringing your vehicle here for repairs, think twice—you may leave with more problems than you arrived with. More
