Non disclosure Bought car from Sells , which came from an auction and they failed to dis close that the car had major structual damage. Blamed it on auction house, s Bought car from Sells , which came from an auction and they failed to dis close that the car had major structual damage. Blamed it on auction house, said it was due to towing, anything that could take blame off Sells.. Auction house papers clearly stated it was announced prior to the sale and Sells had to sign an agreement stating the condition of car. Dropping $7513.19 on a car that is a road hazard should not make anyone a happy customer. More
