Dishonest I visited here and bought a vehicle. There was a knocking noise in the engine block when I first heard it crank up and start, any reasonable person wo I visited here and bought a vehicle. There was a knocking noise in the engine block when I first heard it crank up and start, any reasonable person would have left right then. Benefit of the doubt I assumed it was just cold. However, the service department that is in house there at the dealership said that it was just the power steering pump "breaking in". It turns out when this same dealerships Service Department changed the oil they put in the WRONG OIL. So that knocking was from the wrong oil not the power steering pump. The Service Manager then lied to me when I called and asked him what oil they put in it, I have the record from them printed out so I already knew. He lied and I carried on. Here I am letting you know to stay away. Furthermore, they put new tires (cheap ones, Ironman brand) on my car and didn't balance it properly. They say they are "MotorTrend Certified" but if it's the same Service technicians looking over these vehicles I would'nt trust it. Be aware, not a skilled and trained Service Department and they lie to you blatantly. Furthermore, Thom as my salesman and he was wonderful. No fault on his part however this dealership needs upgrades to its service department. More

They say they are "MotorTrend Certified" but if their technicians are the ones "certifying" than I would hold that with much weight. I was told when I bought my car that a sound I heard when it was started was just a new part they replaced "breaking in" and not a cause for concern for me going forward and that it would go away. It was a very loud knocking from the engine block. I took it to my guy and they said it needed a new timing belt and assembly. I didn't really think about it because I assumed with the miles it had that it needed it but that was not the case. IT HAD THE OIL CHANGED THERE AT THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY PUT THE WRONG OIL IN IT. That could've damaged any number do things if I hadn't caught it sooner. Also they improperly balanced my tires and I had to get it redone. All in all I would stay away from here. Not honest and they do not know what they are doing. More

Amazing place to buy a car! Truly straightforward/reputable! You know this place is different the minute you walk in. It is meticulous and calm. Even though they charge “doc” fees to which I am personally oppose You know this place is different the minute you walk in. It is meticulous and calm. Even though they charge “doc” fees to which I am personally opposed, they MORE than make up for it by pricing their cars VERY fairly. I love my new vehicle and felt good about what I ended up paying for it. The experience was really pleasant, quick and seamless. Diana, one of the managers met me at the door when I walked in and immediately brought around the 3 vehicles in which I had interest. I was able to test drive them and had price estimates for them shortly afterward. She was so kind and personable with not a hint of pushy salesperson lingo. Then I went on to work with the gentleman, Thom, who helped me through the rest of the process. He was exactly the same! Helpful, kind and fun to work with. He helped me transfer all my things into the new car in spite of the frightful cold rain that day. There was no “bait and switch” heavy handed sales tactics, or frenzied activity at this dearship. I WILL go back when my daughter needs a car in the near future. I give this experience the HIGHEST rating!! More
