While I waited, he gave me pizza, tea, and coffee. I also visited with his staff, and found that he only hires friendly and knowable people. The entire experience was pleasurable enough that I will drive the 3.5 hours again to get another car for my wife! More

Joel is a different kind of salesman, laid back and knows everything there is to know about Volkswagen/Audi.
