Honest, low pressure, stood by their word. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am an extremely cynical person when it comes to car dealerships and car salespeople. While I have visited car lots to check out different models, I I am an extremely cynical person when it comes to car dealerships and car salespeople. While I have visited car lots to check out different models, I haven't bought a car from a dealer in the last 25 years because of the underhandedness of the ones I have encountered. After MANY recommendations, ranging from strangers in the Kroger parking lot to people I know and love, I ventured into Select Auto of Frankfort and met one I actually trust. From start to finish they were honest, low pressure, and stood by what they said. The thing that tipped me into actually filling this thing out is that last one. When we bought the car, there were a couple of things we were concerned about but their service department thought might go away when driven a bit. The owner said that if they did not go away, I could bring it back in and they would fix it - at no cost to us. They *actually* did it! Not only were they super nice about it but even ended up buffing out a scratch I had gotten the day before. Customer service and standing by your 'product' are two things that are getting harder and harder to come by but the Select Auto owner Mr. Bevington definitely does them and does them well. My experience with Select Auto couldn't have gone better. I fully recommend them for their character and business ethic. More

Drove from Louisville to buy 2nd vehicle from Select Auto I love Select Auto in Frankfort, KY. I recently bought my second sedan (an Infiniti and a Nissan) from them and this experience was as good as the la I love Select Auto in Frankfort, KY. Their people are very friendly and well informed about the vehicles in their inventory. It is a very low pressure, low stress situation. I stopped by unannounced and worked with the same person I worked with when I bought my car from them in early 2015. Their employees stay with them and seem happy—This says a lot about the mind of place you’re buying from. You can take the car out by yourself for a test drive without the hassle of a salesman trying to tell you where to turn while also trying to pitch you an extended warranty. I’ve never had an issue with the cars I bought from them and they have a service department for your regularly scheduled maintenance. And, last but not least, they have the best prices around. If they have the cars you’re looking for, call around then you’ll see their selling a better car for a lower price. More

Dan was honest about everything, especially that we might find the car elsewhere for a little less but that he spends a lot of money on a car making sure it is clean, good tires, and no dents or dings. We felt comfortable with Dan so we drove the 4 hours to buy the car. Wow. The car was better than expected and Dan was just as we felt. Honest and forthcoming.
