I think everyone here who left review such as 'best dealer' and so forth are the owner's relatives, or at least that's what i believe based on my experience. Or they may change their attitude depending on who they are dealing with. I bought Suzuki car about 6 years ago, and ever since then, went back there as they are the only Suzuki dealer around here. So in a way I was stuck. But until the last visit a couple of months ago, I thought I was a pretty good customer who had spent thousands of dollars on repair in addition to purchasing the car itself. for years and they knew it. Alas, that was not the case. They are normally not good at returning call but this time I found out the hatchback door was not fixed right after the repair and called right back. They only did not call back but when i did, they told me the charge was for diagositic charge, not for the repair... !? Funny thing is that my co-worker looked at it and within a few min. he firgured out that it was not the rod that the dealer claimed to have fixed, it was just latch sticking, making it difficult to open. He just showed me a little trick and it was done. I went back to tell them, it was not a rod and asked for money back, they accused of lying and threatening me that they have a video (surveillance video) to prove it (to be fair, it came from wife of the owener's son) It was stunning, the way she acted. I felf like a complete fool, that I went back there faithfully for the past 6 years. Fortunately, her husband was a bit more respectful to me, refunding the money, but not until I told him their diagnosis was wrong and I can prove it. I could have been ok if they treated me respectfully after all those years even if they were not quick to agree, but in addition to not returning call for hours, accusing the customer of lying without know what really happend? it was just the end of my relationship with this dealer. It may be that they know Suzuki dealer is only one around here and they take a customer like me for granted, or at least me. More

I looked for a car for 3 weeks at 14 dealerships before I went to Select. They had the car I wanted and their asking price was low. I called and we agreed on a price and I made the 45 minute drive from my went to Select. They had the car I wanted and their asking price was low. The staff was very friendly (especially to my twin girls) and it was very low pressure. I did have one minor complaint in that the car had no gas when we bought it but when I shot them an email about it they mailed me a gas card. Who does that? They already had the sale and I already liked my experience there. They went above and beyond to take care of my wife and me and from now on Select Suzuki will have the first shot at earning my business every time I'm in the automobile market. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER DEALERSHIP!
