2003 Cheverlot Tracker When I arrived to Select Auto Groups' dealership the vehicle I was interested in was backed into a spot. I went in with my wife and son and meet wi When I arrived to Select Auto Groups' dealership the vehicle I was interested in was backed into a spot. I went in with my wife and son and meet with a sales person, took a look at the vehicle and went on a test drive. The test drive went well but I noticed it was shifting somewhat rough. When myself and the salesman came back I pulled forward into a spot. After talking in over with my wife I decided to walk away because I wasn't comfortable with the final price and concerned with the transmission. When I told them I was walking away they waved the dealer's fee and lowered the price. I bought it. I did a trade in as well as a cash purchase so I was getting my son's car seat out of our old vehicle into our new one. After putting the car seat in I went inside of the dealership to get my wife in son, at this time the salesman got into the vehicle to back it out of the spot and too get our photo in front of our new vehicle. He was revving the engine going in reverse out of the spot, seemed excessive but i thought he forgot the emergency brake was on, I didn't think twice. Next morning my family and I went to breakfast and couldn't reverse out of the spot! I very simple thing I missed and this dealership fooled me. Told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I had to miss the next day of work to get the transmission evaluated (need a new one) because this is not only unreliable, but most concerning; unsafe Nice people but very offended they put my family and me in a unsafe vehicle just to make a commission. Called salesman several times and have been ignored. Received one call saying they will try and make it right, this call was when I was on my way to the transmission shop. have yet to see any sort of proposals More

I bought a lemon.... A year ago I bought a Mazda CX7, had it a week and the turbo went, Zack assured me he would take care of it. Long story short, Select Auto replaced th A year ago I bought a Mazda CX7, had it a week and the turbo went, Zack assured me he would take care of it. Long story short, Select Auto replaced the turbo 3 times at no cost to me. The turbo problem could not be resolved so the manager Jason assured me they would make things right. It took a while to find the right car but we found one and they helped me out of the lemon and into a car I love!!! It's very RARE that a car dealership stick with you once you drive off the lot. My sales guy Justen was very helpful. Everyone I dealt with was helpful. Please consider buying cars from select auto. They will the care of you. More
