WOW, a great experience!! This is a smaller independent car dealership. I contacted them be email and Zach was back with me in 24 hours. Via email I explained the vehicle they had on the lot and I scheduled a test drive, Zach was quick to schedule and extremely curtious. I met with Zach and he had the vehicle ready for test drive, he was not pushy nor did he ask a lot of questions regarding why I was purchasing. I had a specific purpose for the vehilce and I did a neighborhood drive where I was able to test the components of the vehicle that interested me. Back at the dealership Zach did not pressure me for details just started a process to see if they could help me out with my trade in and get me into their vehicle. With zero haggling he gave me the numbers and it was obvious I was driving out with the vehicle! We had a coupld of issues to work out such as a cracked windshield (which they had planned on fixing on site, which will now be done at my location and I had recently purchased new tires for my vehicle, he worked out a deal with their tire/wheel guy to put these tires on the vehicle I was purchasing at no charge. What a great experience for me, Zach was great, the dealership was easy to find and everyone was happy and helpful. A great place to check out if you are interested in buying a great used vehicle. He checked my license when I got there and I went on a nice test drive I can go anywhere I want car was in great shape so I told Bob I want to trade in my car ! He sat me down with the salesman and we started running numbers before you know it you got me down to a number I was it comfortable with and I was driving a nice gently used BMW home !
