Bill is simply amazing! My wife needed a used vehicle urgently. She found the one she wanted but it needed a small repair done which the part wasn’t available for a few days. My wife needed a used vehicle urgently. She found the one she wanted but it needed a small repair done which the part wasn’t available for a few days. Free of charge, a loaner car was dropped off where we live in Greeley and the purchased vehicle was taken back to their shop for repair. They repaired the vehicle and provided a loaner car with no charge at all. Bill was very helpful, honest, and genuinely kind during the whole process. These guys truly care and take pride in what they do. I’ve never had such a positive and warm experience with anyone in a used cat dealership. More

My old car was unsafe I just purchased a 2004 Subaru Forester from Select Auto Group and I have to say I never thought car buying could be this easy. My old car was unsafe to drive to the dealership so Warren offered to drive the Subaru over to my apartment so I could test drive it. They were able to get me a great financing option for my new car within hours. This experience was fast, easy, and had a personal touch. I never felt pressure to buy a car and Warren was patient and answered all of my questions. Select Auto Group is trustworthy and I highly recommend their business. More

The WORST car buying experience This was an absolute nightmare.. We bought a 2009 Subaru outback. We were told that the car was in great condition and was the nicest vehicle on the l This was an absolute nightmare.. We bought a 2009 Subaru outback. We were told that the car was in great condition and was the nicest vehicle on the lot. The car was driven approximately 5 miles when it started making a loud grinding noise. We took it to our mechanic only a few miles away where it was inspected. The transmission was determined to be bad. When I called select Auto and spoke with manager he said that there was nothing wrong with the car and accused us of "running into something". I was still at the garage and put the mechanic on the phone with him. After speaking to my mechanic he said that someone would pick the car up on the next business day and take a look at it. After many phone calls going unanswered, I stopped by the dealership on my way home from work a few days later, still no car. When I asked to see the manager I was told by a salesman that he had "stepped out". That same salesman also said, "looks like a wild animal got into your car". I reminded him that the car had been sitting inside the mechanics garage and was not outside. He then said,"well an animal must have gotten in there because your car stinks" I waited around and when the manager finally came inside and asked if they had looked at the car he told me that there was nothing wrong with the car and that I was having buyers remorse. Yes, I do regret ever business with them.Long story short, after getting the run around for weeks I finally had the car towed and repaired at our expense.The customer service was deplorable and I can never recommend this dealership to anyone.Just beware. I do have to say that Jason was helpful, respectful and listened anytime that I spoke with him. Too bad he's not the owner More

Not like the other dealers I came in looking for a Volvo but bought an Audi. After a few minutes of looking on the lot, I was greeted by Bill Bucheleres. He seemed very knowledgeable and was eager to help. Bill was very low pressure and "helped" me buy a car instead of "selling" me one. I really liked his approach.
