Well to be honest, I was disappointed. The door lock that was replaced was broken when they opened the box and I ended up sitting there for 3 hours until the part arrived from Lancaster. W The door lock that was replaced was broken when they opened the box and I ended up sitting there for 3 hours until the part arrived from Lancaster. When I stopped at the dealership the other week I was told the the door lock repair was covered by a recall. When the work was completed I was charged $100 for the deductible on my extended warranty because apparently the recall was on the 2016-17 Tucson. No one mentioned this to me when I arrived since I did not ask. I would not have repaired this lock as it was minor and it was on the passenger door that is rarely used. I should have complained to management but I was tired of sitting in the waiting room and just wanted to get home. I know now to make sure I ask before you start the work. Sadly I will not be back after this experience. More

honestly, my prior dealing with the service department was not positive up until I met Juan. He completely turned me around from being an ex customer to a happy customer. He was very knowledgeable of the product, but more importantly, he had emotional intelligence and people skills. That can't be taught. I will definitely be hopefully sending some business his way.
