Service was fine however I called 3 times to inquire about Emission Exempt and got 3 different answers. I inquired what it would cost me for the Exempt and got 2 different answers and the third call I w about Emission Exempt and got 3 different answers. I inquired what it would cost me for the Exempt and got 2 different answers and the third call I was transfered to someone and left a message but never received a call back. I was told I would only be charged the cost of the sticker $5 but I was actually charged $25 plus tax. I believe your staff should be informed of the charges and they should have a reference sheet to refer to to give the correct information. More
