Very nice facility, everyone that I dealt with was very nice and helpful. Went out of their way to inspect my car in addition to the oil change and I had not realized that my car neede inspection. Salespeople were nice but service is awful - gave us the complete runaround on a recall. They told us that there was a known engine issue with the oil and we had to get an oil change every thousand miles fo complete runaround on a recall. They told us that there was a known engine issue with the oil and we had to get an oil change every thousand miles for at least three months to prove to them that there was an issue. We did exactly that and then they brought it in for another test and tried to say there was sludge in the engine and because we didn’t have five years worth of oil change receipts, we didn’t qualify for the replacement. Then on top of that, they sent us home with an empty oil tank. They didn’t even replace what they took out and we didn’t realize it until we got home. I will never get another Hyundai either and if I do - it won’t be from Seidel - complete incompetence. Also, if you give them a negative review on Facebook, they will block you from their page and hide your comments which is insulting to the integrity of online reviews. Grow up and provide real customer service please. More
