Service held our car for 1 month while they waited to receive full injectors. Seidel never initiated a status update during that time. The car was not rinsed off to remove the bird xxxxxxxxx from the windshield (quite a bit after 30 days!) Many Seidel employees don't even look at you when your working with them. They may not be happy in their jobs - it definitely shows when the interact with customers. More
