Service is absolutely horrible. Went in for an oil change, booked on app, at 10am. At 5pm it still wasn’t done. Manager says walk-ins get taken care of first but when asked why we n Went in for an oil change, booked on app, at 10am. At 5pm it still wasn’t done. Manager says walk-ins get taken care of first but when asked why we need to select a time for an appointment he couldn’t answer. We were then told we should select that we are waiting even though we aren’t. Seriously? More

I had looked at another car at another dealership, but when I drove the car at Seidel's and told Jared what wanted he made it happen.
